Firefighter jobs in California – Jan. 2016

Firefighter jobs in California

Here is the first list of firefighter jobs in California. In this category, I plan on posting once per month about what up and coming fire departments are hiring. I will be posting firefighter, firefighter-EMT and firefighter Paramedic positions. All the positions I will be posting will be full-time positions as well.

Now after writing the list, I was sadly surprised how short it was. I would think more fire departments would be hiring at the same time but I was wrong. That being said, I think I will be changing the setup of the “Who’s hiring” category to include more states other than California.

I didn’t want to add the other states to this post because Some of the filling periods are coming to an end soon.

I got the majority of the list by signing up for A LOT of job interest cards within different cities and counties in California.

So there it is. Like I said, I will be changing the setup of future “who’s hiring” posts to include more states in the western United states. I also plan on writing more information about each job (certs. needed, minimum qualifications, etc.).

Any questions about the list just please let me know. I’ll try to help you in any way I can.
